Backorders
10. What about backordered items?
Items listed are usually in stock unless described otherwise. We try to keep items current but if an item should become backordered after you have placed your order, you will be notified of the backorder time delay and given the chance to cancel or change order if backorder not acceptable.

You can check the status of backordered items by logging into BootBeDazzle.com and clicking on “My Account” and “My Orders”


Shipping
11. Where do you ship?
We ship to the U.S. at the time. We will ship internationally shortly.

12. What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 to the U.S. In some cases, we will add on shipping charges for heavy packages where additional shipping fees were needed.

13. When will my order be shipped?
We ship out primarily with Fedex and USPS. Orders are processed on the same or next business day of receipt of order and ground domestic orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days of placing your order, We do our best to ship out items as quickly as possible. If you need your item sooner, you can it sent rush delivery for an additional charge.


Return Policy
14. What is your Return Policy?
Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
For all other items, we offer a 14 day store credit (from ship date) or refund on items purchased at BootBedazzle.com. The credit will be in the same form of payment as purchase. These items can be returned for a refund MINUS the shipping charges. Item must be returned as received in original condition with satin bag or packaging. Items not returned in good condition will not be refunded.

If your item was received damaged, you must email customerservice@bootbedazzle.com within 3 days of receiving so item can be returned for claim and replacement item issued.


15. If you would like to return an item:
• Please e-mail us at customerservice@bootbedazzle.com and let us know that you will be returning/exchanging an item.
• Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return package.
• Please explain reason for return/exchange on the copy of invoice/packing slip returned with your item.
• Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. We cannot be responsible for items that may get lost in the mail.
• All returns attempted after 30 days will not be refunded or credited.
